Miss Whyte

I have passed the drafts but I should be glad if you would look into the position regarding Resolution 36 again, as that Resolution seems to cover, inter alia, privileges and immunities for personnel, which I gathered the U.N.R.R.A. authorities do not seek now. In any case, these privileges and immunities have not, I think, been accorded to U.N.R.R.A. officials in this country, as they stand.
